So some time ago we had a brainstorming session for Dazzle. The goal was to think about future direction so that we can set realistic goals for the company.
A great part about it was that the entire team was in that session. Everybody in the team is committed to make the best out of their work(place). That means that every single person is speaking up for their own situation and trying to figure out how that proposal could work within the company context.
